3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Database and authentication hosting
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Anthropic: AI document generation (your questionnaire data is sent to generate documents)
• Resend: Transactional email delivery

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security in our database, and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Generated documents are stored for your access and deleted upon account deletion.

6. Cookies

We use authentication cookies (required for login) and minimal analytics (Plausible — privacy-friendly, no third-party tracking cookies). We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
